Our spicy, smoky, salty, and sweet flavors all work together for a wonderfully earthy, aromatic, balanced result. Coffee, garlic, and paprika notes are right up front. These bold flavors are harmonized with brown sugar and salt. The taste-complexity is deepened another couple notches with the inclusion of onion, red bell pepper, and Clemengold Rind (the skin of a Nadorcott mandarin orange). Of course, the number one way to enjoy our Rub is to rub it (preferably significantly in advance)... on steaks, chicken, and fish. It also works as a seasoning (in small amounts) on veggies, baked potatoes, and pasta.
